Terrorism in Iran is not a serious threat to the state.

Hassan Kazemi, Iran's ambassador to Iraq, said on 18 January 2007 that Iran is willing to train Iraqi security forces and give them military equipent for counter-terrorism.[1]

The Russian government has worked with the United States and Iran in counter-terrorism operations.[2] [3]
