The 2021–22 snooker season is a professional snooker season with tournaments played between September 2021 and May 2022. As a result of the ongoing consequences of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the season has been played entirely behind closed doors, with only the 2021 World Snooker Championship being played in front of a crowd. All snooker tournaments in the season have been played in the United Kingdom, due to travel and quarantine restrictions preventing the tour and players from utilising the normal venues.

Next, eight places are allocated to the top eight on the One Year Ranking List who have not already qualified for the Main Tour. Another four players came from the CBSA China Tour, and a further 14 places were available through the Q School (four Event 1 winners, four Event 2 winners, four Event 3 winners) and 2 from the Order of Merit.
