Irina Rîngaci is a Moldovan freestyle wrestler. In 2021, she won the gold medal in the 65 kg event at the 2021 European Wrestling Championships held in Warsaw, Poland.

She won one of the bronze medals in the 62 kg event at the 2019 World U23 Wrestling Championship held in Budapest, Hungary.[1]

In 2020, she won the silver medal in the women's 65 kg event at the 2020 Individual Wrestling World Cup held in Belgrade, Serbia.[2][3]
