Orphaned image. Cropped from a PD image still hosted at Commons into a lossy format, a vector version also exists and is being hosted currently. If we needed this image in the future, it could be recreated.

I have a pdf / screenshot of the email exchange with the creator of the item in question -- not sure where I would post that to prove this? User:RedCorvus

Not a valid PD-art this is a photograph of a dome with a painting in the middle. Because of the dome part and lighting around the edge of the photo, it is not just a reproduction of a 2D public domain work, but rather the photo is subject to its own copyright.
