Sahkutumb Sahaparivar (transl. With The Family, With The Household) is a Marathi language drama which airs on Star Pravah.[1] It is a remake of the Tamil serial Pandian Stores. It stars Sunil Barve and Nandita Dhuri-Patkar. The show is produced by Ranjit Thakur & Hemant Ruparel under the banner of Frames Production.[2][3][4]
Plot
The show revolves around Sarita and Suryakant, the owner of a Jay Bhawani departmental store, and his family. The show is describing importance of family and their relationships.
Suryakant is the head of the family. He has three younger brothers, Vaibhav, Omkar and Prashant. These three brothers and their mother lead a happy life.
Suryakant gets married to Sarita. Sarita decides not to have children and wants to take care of Suryakant's brothers. She takes care of everyone in the family and always be for them. Then due to some circumtances, and Vaibhav gets married to Avani and Prashant gets married to Anjali respectively.
Now, this drama is about how Sarita maintains the family without any problems and facing all obstacles and keeps the family running happily. This is a heart-touching drama because each and every point is related and seen in a normal family.[5]

- Sunil Barve as Suryakant (Surya) - Sarita's husband, Laxmi's son, Vaibhav, Prashant and Omkar's brother, Avani and Anjali's brother-in-law. Owner of Bhawani Stores, A strict but kind man who always stands by his family by Sacrificing his own wishes.
- Nandita Dhuri-Patkar[6] as Sarita Suryakant More (Saru) - Suryakant's wife, Laxmi's daughter-in-law, Vaibhav, Prashant and Omkar's sister-in-law and also motherly figure to them. She is kind, generous and always take efforts to keep family united.

- Amey Barve as Vaibhav More (Vaibhya) - Avani's husband, Laxmi's son, Surya, Prashant and Omkar's brother, Sarita and Anjali's brother-in-law. He is educated and smart and he always supports his family by going against his wife.
- Akash Nalawade as Prashant More (Pashya) - Anjali's husband, Laxmi's son, Surya, Vaibhav and Omkar's brother, Sarita and Avani's brother-in-law. He has a love hate relationship with Anji but he always supports her. He is an illiterate and dumb guy.
- Sakshi Gandhi as Avani Vaibhav More - Vaibhav's wife, Sarjerao's daughter, Surya, Prashant and Omkar's sister-in-law, Laxmi's daughter-in-law. She tries to get adjusted in family as she belongs to rich family but continuously fails and insults others but she is clean by heart.
- Komal Kumbhar as Anjali Prashant More (Anji) - Prashant's wife, Asha and Dhananjay's daughter, Surya, Vaibhav and Omkar's sister-in-law, Laxmi's daughter-in-law. She has love hate relationship with Prashant but she always supports him.
- Akash Shinde as Omkar (Onkya) - Suryakant, Vaibhav and Prashant's brother, Laxmi's son, Sarita, Anjali and Avani's brother-in-law. He is mischievous but always stands with his brothers.
- Unknown as Laxmi More - Surya, Vaibhav, Prashant and Omkar's mother, Sarita, Avani and Anjali's mother-in-law. A Paralysed lady.
- Kishori Ambiye as Asha Dhananjay Dhawale (Mami) - Anjali's Mother, Sarita's maternal aunt and Prashant's mother-in-law. She hates More Family specially Sarita and Prashant and make plans to insult them.
- Santosh Patil / Mahesh Ghag as Dhananjay Dhawale (Mama) - Anjali's father, Sarita's maternal uncle and Prashant's father-in-law. He is always against Asha's plans and supports and tries to unite Anji and Prashant.
- Bhagyashri Pawar as Guddi - Anjali's friend, Sister figure to Sarita. She always supports Sarita and Anji.
- Unknown as Govind - Surya's friend, Sarita's namesake brother and Kavita's husband. He is well wisher of More Family
- Sayali Sambhare as Kavita - Govind's wife, She also hates Sarita and supports Mami in her plans.
- Bhushan Patil as Sarjerao - Avani's father and Vaibhav's father-in-law. He is a rich politician. He hates the More family because he thinks they have brainwashed his daughter to marry Vaibhav and therefore she married him.
- Suhas Paranjpe as Akkasaheb - Sarjerao's sister, Avani's aunt. She hates the More Family like Sarjerao and tries to create misunderstanding between them.
Production
The show opened with very low TRP ratings, but soon it started increasing . During the marriage track, the show first time entered in top 10 Marathi shows list and thereafter, it maintains its position in top 10. In week 38 of 2020, the TRP of the show increased lot and it became second Most watched Marathi show. The show occupied position in Top 5 Marathi TV shows from September 2020 to February 2021.
