Suspected sockpuppets

Filing for the record per Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#User:LouiseFeb1974. There is a long history of problematic editing at Edward Hallowell (psychiatrist) and Russell Barkley by these accounts. The Louise family and the Berkeley family are all pretty obviously related to each other, but there's a shared behavioral quirk that make me fairly confident that they're all one person. These accounts have all had overlapping edits, and LouiseVickers was made to get around a partial block on LouiseFeb. As such, I'm calling this inappropriate use of multiple accounts.
