The 2020–21 Cypriot Cup is the 79th edition of the Cypriot Cup. A total of 26 clubs were accepted to enter the competition. It began in September 2020 with the first round and will conclude in May 2021 with the final. The winner of the Cup will qualify for the 2021–22 Europa Conference League third qualifying round.

Quarter-finals

The quarter final round draw took place on 4 February 2021[1] and the matches were played on 24 February - 17 March 2021.
