Waltraut Schälike (Template:Lang-ru; January 20, 1927 in Berlin – May 14, 2021 in Moscow) - was a Soviet-Russian scientist of German origin, historian and philosopher, author and publicist.[1] She was scholar of Marxism.[1][2] PhD, Docent.[3]

Her father was Fritz Schälike. She graduated from MSU Faculty of History.[1][3] She studied with Svetlana Alliluyeva.[1]

From 1949 to 1988, she works at the Kyrgyz National University.[1]

From 1959, she worked at the Osh State University.[1]

She published Kommunist, Voprosy Istorii, Izvestia. She is the author of books (in Russian) including «Исходные основания материалистического понимания истории» («Илим», 1991).[1]
