The Independent State of Croatia (Nezavisna Drzava Hrvatska) was formed on Thursday, [[April 10], 1941 led by Ustasa leader Dr Ante Pavelic. The Ustasa where in charge of the the Independent State of Croatia from 1941-1945, they came into power when the Germans invaded Yugoslavia .When the Germans were defeated in WW2 the Ustase went underground and contiuned to fight for Croatia's independents from Yugoslavia
