This article describes a bus line of the Maryland Transit Administration. Information provided here is derived from old schedules and other archived resources.

The no. 91 line is a bus line operated by the Maryland Transit Administration in Baltimore, Maryland. It currently runs from Sinai Hospital to City Hall, serving the communities of Pimlico, Arlington, Walbrook, and Bolton Hill, and Coppin State College.

The no. 91 line started operating in 1987 after being split from the long no. 19 line. It has followed essentially the same route throughout its lifetime, only with the modification of service operating via the Rogers Avenue Metro Subway Station.

On several occasions, plans have been made to provide this service on other lines. In 1992, a proposal was made to extend the no. 13 line from Walbrook Junction to Sinai Hospital and eliminate the no. 91 line. Massive opposition resulted in this plan being scrapped.

In 2005, a another proposal was made to provide all service north of Walbrook Junction on an extension of the no. 15 line. Once again, this plan met with a lot of opposition, and was ultimately dropped.

A plan is in place for later in 2007 to provide alternating trips on this line on a new no. M-5 line. The no. M-5 line would follow the identical route, except it would not operate south of North Avenue, and it would be extended to the Mt. Washington Light Rail Stop, by-passing the Sinai loop. The route known as no. 91 would remain unchanged, except its frequency would be reduced.
