Julio César Sabala De Jesús, (born August 26, 1962 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) better known as Julio Sabala[1] is a Dominican impersonator, comedian, singer, and actor who has been on the air for more than 30 years doing comedy and diverse entertainment forms.[2]

Early Life

Son of Cecilio Sabala and María Amparo Jesús de Sabala, he was born into a humble family. His parents were small merchants. Always having been a very good student from an early age, he showed his qualities artistic and at the age of 12, he won a student voice festival in his native country, organized by Dominican Radio television. At the age of 13 he self-taught to play the guitar and then began to take music theory classes taught by a music teacher who was a friend of his father. He lived his childhood in the populous neighborhood of Villa Juana in the city of Santo Domingo. At the age of 14 he was already a musician and singer in an experimental theater group "projections", directed by the well-known Dominican writer, playwright and filmmaker JImmy Sierra. Later, at the age of 15, the famous Spanish circus of "Los Muchachos" attended an audition called during its passage through Santo Domingo, where he was one of the 15 selected among almost 1,000 boys, to study at the international school of circus and performing arts. from Bemposta in the city of Orense, Spain where he could also continue his academic studies. At the age of 16, he was incorporated into this great acrobatic-musical Show, by Los Muchachos, made up of 120 boys from 15 different countries, with whom, over almost 10 years, he traveled practically the entire planet, as a singer. , and presenter, which was for him a great school of art and life, being one of the outstanding students of the founder of this great social and pedagogical work, the Jesuit priest, Spanish: Jesús Cesar Silva Méndez, better known as, " Father Silva ", who had a great impact on his artistic, spiritual and intellectual training, in addition to having been a great mentor and promoter of his abilities and talents.

Career

Private Life

In his private life he has had long relationships with several women such as the Spanish model and businesswoman Berta Casani, the German Claudia Jost, the French model Sandrine Gatalua, and his famous romance with the well-known Mexican singer Ana Bárbara, with whom he lasted 3 years with.
