Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. A tag has been placed on Johnny Kennedy (DJ), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. A tag has been placed on Multifuel Energy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from multifuelenergy.com/about-multifuel-energy-limited. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Mersey Ferries (Company) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Mersey Ferries (Company), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. A tag has been placed on Liverpool Boat Charter Ltd requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Article titles

I see that you have made a number of undiscussed page moves. Please read the conventions carefully; for example WP:NCCORP. I have moved Northern Trains back. Please read the naming conventions, & revert your other unjustified moves. --David Biddulph (talk) 08:56, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation

Hi! You seem to be moving articles to new names in order to disambiguate them… except they weren’t ambiguous in the first place. See WP:NCDAB for a discussion of why we don’t do this. You might find it better, and certainly less work for others, if you ask on the talk page of articles you think are ambiguously named, to see if others agree with you. You can use the template {{requested move}} to attract attention to your query. Thanks. ◦ Trey Maturin 00:26, 17 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Liverpool Live 247 for deletion

The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Eostrix  (🦉 hoot hoot🦉) 09:47, 1 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

When you see a missing name in the infobox...

Hey, saw you added a name to Forth 1.

Most, but not all, articles where |name= is undeclared in {{Infobox radio station}} are that way because a visual edit was made to the infobox. There was a bug for multiple years that erased several fields when a visual edit was made to the contents of the infobox, so check for a visual edit in the edit history that inadvertently removed fields.

By the way, you might be interested in upcoming changes to the template: see Wikipedia:WikiProject Radio Stations/2020 infobox redesign proposal. Raymie (tc) 05:13, 11 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to move pages to bad titles contrary to naming conventions or consensus, as you did at Northern Trains, you may be blocked from editing. You were previously warned about moving the page, and moving pages without warning or discussion. You also should not be capitalising the disambiguation ("train operating company" not "Train Operating Company"). SK2242 (talk) 17:58, 10 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Are you aware of the discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Radio Stations? We'd developed a consensus to leave the stations rolled up into GHR at their pre-2020 names. Is Hits Radio Suffolk different enough from GHR on local content to merit a move? Raymie (tc) 17:23, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. The station formerly known as Town 102 was revived became Hits Radio Suffolk on 3 November 2020 and its sister station (Ipswich 102) became GHR Ipswich & Suffolk. thanks CCCC10
Are the Hits Radio stations structured like GHR where they have very little deviation from the network, or do they originate enough local programming to stay? (Pinging @Davey2010 and Tod55: as they probably know more than I do.) Raymie (tc) 06:32, 20 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
They are exactly the same as GHR, Hits is their more modern sounding national station, GHR is 70's, 80's and 90's national station (example change between the areas and Suffolk to see the same presenters https://planetradio.co.uk/hits-radio/schedule/ ). Town 102 should be restored as agreed on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Radio Stations @Raymie: Tod55 (talk) 16:30, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I got reverted again. Pinging Tod55 too. I want to make sure that this is seen as an extension of the existing consensus. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 23:28, 25 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited BBC Radio Merseyside, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Freeview. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi, please cite a reliable source for this change of name before you move the page again. Thanks. ◦ Trey Maturin 17:37, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Whilst the logo of BBC Three Counties Radio has been oddly changed to read BBC RADIO Three Counties, the station itself has not been renamed, as is clear from every reference to it on the BBC website. The same also applies to BBC Radio 1 Dance. ◦ Trey Maturin 11:37, 26 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is your final warning. The next time you move an article to a different name that is not supported by sources, you will be reported to administrators for further action.Trey Maturin 13:09, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you look at the logo of the station, it’s pretty self explanatory. CCCC10 20:30, 27 December 2020 (UTC) CCCC10 (talk) 20:30, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The logos of the BBC services (and indeed logos of a vast number of things) do not represent the actual name of the service. All BBC radio stations have "BBC RADIO" in their logo. A cursory glance at the websites and BBC Sounds pages of the BBC's service reveals that the logos ==/== the service names. That much should be obvious. Logos are not reliable sources. Please stop. ◦ Trey Maturin 19:27, 28 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Radio 1 Relax or relax

Hello, I saw that you moved the page BBC Radio 1 relax to BBC Radio 1 Relax. As far as I'm aware, there is no requirement for pagetitles to have capitals. There was a conversation started at Talk:BBC Radio 1 relax prior to your moving of the article, could you add your thoughts to that page? It may well be that it should have a capital "R" but I'd like to see the policy that states this if there is one. It's a good idea to check talk pages for existing discussion before moving an article. Thanks NemesisAT (talk) 10:31, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
