Shirley Fong-Torres is founder and owner of Wok Wiz Chinatown Tours in San Francisco, California, providing tours to locals and tourists alike. One of her popular tours is "I can't believe I ate my way through Chinatown." She is the sister of Ben Fong-Torres.1

Prior to starting Wok Wiz, she worked at Levi Strauss and taught middle school. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
