Solomon Yue, Jr. (Chinese: 俞懷松, born May 7, 1959) is a Chinese American politician and businessperson.[4] He is vice chairman and CEO of the lobbying group Republicans Overseas[5] and the national committeeman of the Republican Party of Oregon.[6][4]
Biography
Born in Shanghai, China,[7] Yue travelled to the United States as an international student.[8]
Between 1987 and 1990, Yue worked for the Alaska World Trade Corporation in Anchorage, Alaska. In 2011, he became president of the Terre Haute, Indiana-based Grassfire Strategic Planning and Management Group LLC. The group manages USA Super PAC, the Republican Super PAC, and the Grassroots Conservative Coalition.
In January 2021, Yue played a key role in getting the Oregon Republican Party to adopt a resolution claiming that the storming of the U.S. Capitol was a "false flag" intended "to discredit President Trump, his supporters, and all conservative Republicans."[9]
