iQOO
iQOO is a Chinese smartphone brand and manufacturer.[1] The company was founded on 30 January 2019[2] as a subsidiary of the smartphone manufacturer Vivo.[citation needed] Now it operates independently from Vivo.[3]

History
The iQOO operates as a sub brand of vivo in China.[4] While it has debuted in India as an Independent brand. In March 2019, world's second largest smartphone manufacturer BBK Electronics[5] announced iQOO as a sub brand of vivo as its newest member to its smartphone brand lineup alongside with Oppo, Vivo, Realme and OnePlus[6][7] and introduced in India in February 2020 as an independent smartphone brand.[8][9] The iQOO is also a performance focused sub-brand giving more importance to build and market their phones specifically for gaming and other performance intense tasks, rather than their vivo phones focusing mainly on camera and sound quality. The smartphone iQOO 3 introduce on 25 February 2020 is their first smartphone with Snapdragon 865 giving a competitive advantage for the gamers.[10] The smartphones are sold online initially. The company has an office in Bangalore and the smartphones sold in India are manufactured in the facilities of vivo.[11]
Later during the period 2020 - 2021 the iQOO has introduced 6 smartphones in Chinese market[12] and 3 smartphones in the Indian market as of May 2021.[13]

iQOO 3
iQOO 3 is a 5g smartphone launched in 2020 with Snapdragon 865 processor and iQOO ui 1.0 based on android 10. The phone has Super AMOLED display with support for HDR10+ and Corning Gorilla Glass 6.[19] It has aluminium frame with glass back and have UFS 3.1 for storage. It comes with quad camera on the rear equipped with 48mp primary senor capable of recording at 4K@30/60fps.[20] It have support for wifi 6 and have an indisplay fingerprint scanner.[21] It support 55w fast charging capable of charging the 4400 mAh to 50% in 15 min.

Custom UI
While introducing iQOO 3, alongside with it iQOO UI 1.0 is also introduced as its custom UI of iQOO on top of Android 10[31] for its smartphone lineup with customisable 'Always on' display and gaming focus features.[32]
