Gerrit Wunder is an Austrian film composer and graduate of University of Music and performing arts Vienna living in Los Angeles[1][2][3][4][5][6]. The BMI Foundation named him one of the winners of the 21st annual Pete Carpenter Fellowship for aspiring film composers under the age of 35[7][8][9].
He co-composed (together with William T. Stromberg) the score for Jurassic WorldVR Expedition[10] and collaborates with Pinar Toprak[11][12] and Rupert Gregson-Williams[13], contributing music for DC’s Stargirl[14] and Postman Pat - The Movie[15], et al. Selection of other productions he was involved in: Marvel 616 (2020-)[16]; Dead Men (2018)[17]; Shazam (2017); [18]Magic in the Moonlight (2014)[19]; Na Nai'a: Legend of the Dolphins (2011)[20]; Behind Mansion Walls (2011– )[21]; Inside America (2010)[22] review; Dancing Stars (2005– )[23]. He also scored TV movies for Lifetime[24], ORF[25][26][27] and Nature Documentaries for Red Bull Media. His soundtracks are released at multiple labels, such as Kronos records [28], Gramola[29][30][31][32], MovieScore Media[33][34][35], Audio Network Production Music Library[36].
He was nominated for the awards at the UTAH FILM FESTIVAL[37] for best "Short Music Score".
