The All-NBL1 West First Team is an annual NBL1 West honour bestowed on the best players in both the Men's and Women's competitions. A five-player team was named for both competitions under the State Basketball League (SBL) brand every year between 2005 and 2019.
In 2005 and 2006, the term "All-Star Five" was used. In 2007 and 2008, an All-SBL First Team was named for both competitions. In 2009, the term "All-Star Team" was introduced with positional categories. After returning to "All-Star Five" in 2013, "All-Star Team" was used again in 2014. Between 2015 and 2017, "All-Star Five" was used again. In 2018 and 2019, "All-SBL First Team" was used. In 2021, an All-NBL1 West First Team was named for both competitions without positional categories.
On a few occasions, due to the different voting systems, the Most Valuable Player has not been named in the All-Star Five / First Team.
