Time for an update?
Some of this article reads in future tense, some in present tense. Noting the news flag above, maybe it would be worth updating to reflect the current reality? Looks like the Super grid is forming before our very eyes!--Graham Proud (talk) 09:28, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
