BELTUR or legally Büyük İstanbul Eğitim Turizm ve Sağlık Yatırımları İşletme ve Tic. A.Ş. (Great Istanbul Education Tourism and Health Investments Management and Trade. Inc.) is an anonymous company founded by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 1997.[1] The company specializes in cafes/open buffets. In 2021 the company closed down 42 cafes out of its 55 cafes in hospitals for allegedly not paying rent.[2]
