Re:Userbars

[edit]

Do you mean userboxes, those little boxes with info in them like "this user reads Calvin and Hobbes" and "this user drinks coca-cola"? You can find those at both Wikipedia:Userboxes and User:GRBerry/German_userbox_solution. If this isn't what you meant, feel free to leave me a message. -- Mike | trick or treat  20:33, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Userboxes

[edit]

Hi - I noticed that you like to create userboxes. Just so you know, you can create these in the template space for other users to user. Just make sure that "user" is somewhere in the title. For example, let's take your SPI userbox. Simply copy its code, and then go to Template:User SLI and paste it there. Then add it in the appropriate place in the directory at Wikipedia:Userboxes so that people will know about it. Then, all they'd have to do is insert {{User SLI}} into their userpage, and they'd be using a userbox that you created! How cool is that? -  Mike | trick or treat  22:06, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Thanks again

Not a problem. Any time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. -  Mike | trick or treat  23:21, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Unprinted.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Unprinted.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Kavadi carrier 04:58, 9 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Milky Way

[edit]

Thanks for letting me know; I'd normally have let it go, but it needed to tie with the next few words which gave the circumference. I'll sort it out today if no-one's beaten me to it. Chrislintott 07:32, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Hypershadow647. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Meclogo.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Hypershadow647. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 06:26, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Centralized TV Episode Discussion

[edit]

Over the past months, TV episodes have been reverted by (to name a couple) TTN, Eusebeus and others. No centralized discussion has taken place, so I'm asking everyone who has been involved in this issue to voice their opinions here in this centralized spot, be they pro or anti. Discussion is here [1]. --Maniwar (talk) 19:52, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Template:User MEC

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Template:User MEC requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 04:16, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Hotactioncop2009ep.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Hotactioncop2009ep.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:06, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Talk: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Look at the bottom of the page.
