Tomasz Knapik (16 September 1943[1] – 6 September 2021[2]) was a Polish film, radio and television reader, doctor of electrical engineering by education, lecturer at the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology.[3] He was called legendary in the voice-over translation field in Poland.[2][4][5]

In 2008, he recorded voice messages for the passenger information system in the vehicles of Warsaw's Public Transport Authority (voice announcements regarding the route).[6]

On 13 September 2021, his ashes were buried in the family grave at the Powązki Cemetery.[7]
