Crowfoot (1830-1890) was a chief of the Blackfoot tribe in Canada. He tried to obtain peace instead of tribal warfare. Even though he was well respected for his bravery, he refused to join the North-West Rebellion in 1885.

Crowfoot Trail, a major road in Calgary, Alberta is named after him.
