Palatine
Does anyone ever actually refer to "Palatine Burgundy", or the "Counts of Palatine Burgundy"? I have only ever seen it as "County of Burgundy". Adam Bishop 14:36, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
Counts vs. Dukes
I see both Hugh the Black and Otto-William are listed here, although both their articles describe them as dukes of Burgundy, noted in the beginning of this article (and elsewhere) as being distinct from the counts of Burgundy, at least prior to the marriage of Jeanne III, Countess of Burgundy and Eudes IV, Duke of Burgundy (per their articles). The Archdukes
I hadn't thought that the archdukes had been given Franche Comté as well as the Spanish Netherlands. Could a source for this be provided? john k (talk) 22:56, 9 October 2010 (UTC)
