History
Aqua Hotels & Resorts is a Hawaii-based management company founded in 2001 by Hawaii hotelier Michael Paulin. The company provides independent hoteliers and individual owners with full-service management including sales, marketing, Internet distribution, individualized branding, reservations as well as revenue management to maximize profitability.[1] They represent 22 contemporary properties on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai and Hawaii Island, and offer full-service resorts, boutique hotels, budget properties and a historic hotel within a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In 2013, Aston acquired Aqua Hotels and Resorts, and in 2015 it rebranded as Aqua-Aston Hospitality.[2]
