The Beach Ball Gang
1993-2003: Wakko
On September 13, 1993, the Warners managed to escape without outside help, much to the studio's chagrin. However, they were no longer able to completely contain them and resorted to simply trying to catch and lock them up as much as possible. During this time, the Warners also starred in their own show, Animaniacs, as one of six major segments; the show became popular in-universe, causing the children to receive fan mail and get swarmed at conventions. The Warners also became close with the show's producer, Steven Spielberg, who Wakko would sometimes call over lunch. Wakko is usually very polite to Scratchansniff, and seems to consider him a role model of sorts, as he can be seen imitating his movements at times; and he also tries to get the doctor to play with him or otherwise spend time with him. Though Wakko doesn't notice, Scratchansniff often gets very frustrated with him due to his habit of taking everything literally, which makes his job as a psychiatrist difficult, as Wakko will tell him what he is touching instead of how he feels, or inflate himself when asked to expand on a thought. Scratchansniff does seem to have made some headway with him, though- while Wakko is nowhere near de-zanitized, he has communicated to the doctor about his severe coulrophobia, which the doctor tries to help him with. The Warners also become acquainted with the studio nurse, Hello Nurse. Yakko and Wakko developed an intense crush on her, and whenever she appeared they will use their customary greeting and often leap into her arms and kiss her. For her part, Nurse seems to tolerate the Warners' behavior, though she does sometimes attempt to capture them with Ralph and Scratchansniff. She is one of the few characters that ever adjusts her wording for the Warners following a misunderstanding, such as in "Variety Speak" and "This Pun for Hire." She also pats Wakko and smiles while holding the boys in "Hello Nurse." The latter song also reveals the brothers are aware and in awe of her intelligence, as Wakko literally sings her praises.
On October 29, 1993, Wakko the Beach Ball Popper began usually sitpopping beach balls, and has caused a helium shortage and popped 605 beach balls, 124 exercise balls and 67 hopper balls, including a hopper ball shown during the production of the Animaniacs episode "Phranken-Runt".
Buster Bunny was changed to Bugs Bunny in 1995. Wile E. Coyote is very popular sitpopping inflatables, but often usually sitpops hopper balls. Elmyra Duff would also be seen sitpopping inflatable toys, and mostly sitpops latex balloons.
In 1996, Wile E. Coyote announced to become a librarian on November 4, 1997, and released new Looney Tunes and Animaniacs DVDs and books seen in Animaniacs, which are Barney's 1-2-3-4 Seasons, Waiting for Santa, Space Jam, Barney's Good Day Good Night, Barney in Outer Space, Barney's Magical Musical Adventure and Wakko's Wish. Dr. Scratchansniff left in 1998, with his final episode being an intro to "The Animaniacs Suite."

On November 13, 2019, Mr. Whiskers was redesigned with longer legs and purple glasses and Mr. Whiskers, Robin and Max stopped popping beach balls. However, they went back to popping beach balls on April 28, 2020.
In 2020, Max started YouTube.
On September 29, 2021, Max's first design was enhanced and now has a yellow clown shirt, a white clown belt and red, white and blue clown pants, as well as heart shaped glasses in a variation of Baby Shark uploaded on YouTube to keep Baby Shark's Big Show! on television. The next day, a beach ball with Wakko's brother Yakko was bought by Wakko the Beach Ball Popper, because of more popularity of Animaniacs during the release of both The Addams Family 2 the next day and the previous film.
On November 24, 2021, The Baby Shark music video with the alternate version of Max was re-edited due to Wakko getting officially redesigned with a red shirt and red spotted shorts on October 28, 2021 because the blue screen studio crashed where they were filming Baby Shark's Big Show! before Wakko filmed an episode about buying beach balls to sitpop.
