Bhararisen, also spelled as Bhararisain[1] is the summer capital of the Indian state of Uttrakhand. It is situated in Chamoli district's Gairsain subdivision (tehsil).[2][3][4][5][6][7] Gairsain is the nearest town of Bhararisen, situated 14 kilometres away.[8]
