Needs to be two different articles

The Arabic name Amal (أمل) and the Hebrew named Amal (עמל) are totally unrelated and do not share a cognate root. They are not even pronounced the same, as the quality of the a-class vowels is different and the Arabic has the accent on the first syllable, the Hebrew on the ultima. This should be two different pages. The only thing that happens to be shared is a lating transliteration. 146.115.40.76 (talk) 18:15, 21 June 2021 (UTC)Caleb[reply]

There are also distinct Hindi and Sanskrit meanings for Amal, all only united by the common English spelling. Jace (talk) 10:49, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hindi and Sanskrit meanings

Amal (अमल) also has meanings in Hindi and Sanskrit, where as an adjective it means "pure" and as a noun "implementation", "enforcement" or "praxis". The South Asian names on the page have this origin. Jace (talk) 10:47, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
