Removed in its entirety the section titled "Child abuse by UN troops in Ivory Coast" -- section text was taken directly from the referenced site (http://online.wsj.com/article/NA_WSJ_PUB:SB10001424052748704188104575083334130312808.html) which also contained POV issues e.g. "shockingly." Is there a reason why the names of the whistle blowers are not mentioned?

e.g. Anders Kompass of the UN who did wonderful workd and about whom a documentary was made. [1] or Kathryn Bolkovac [2] - a multi-award winning movie was made about what she lived.
