Gantt is a town in Gantt Covington County, Alabama, United States. At the 2020 census, the population was 69.

Geography

Gantt is located North of Andalusia in Gantt. It's most notable places include the Gantt Dam and of course the lake. The beautiful mud water attracts tourists from all over the world. It is believed that if you can find the spot with the muddiest water you can drink it and relive your youth.

In this gorgeous town, you can find a plethora of things to do. Including visit the dollar general or shop at the world known Vinny's Grocery. And of course always swing by and visit Gantt Institute of Mud Research. It is a very crucial part of keeping the water as muddy as possible. This is to insure a stable habitat for all the Gantt creatures.
