Jabardasth is a 2013 Telugu romantic comedy film written and directed by Nandini Reddy under the banner of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions.[2] It stars Siddharth and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles and Nithya Menen in an important role.[3][4][5] The film released on 22 February 2013 and was commercially successful at the box office.[6][7] The film is an unofficial remake of the 2010 Hindi film Band Baaja Baaraat. Yash Raj Films, the producers of the Hindi original, planned to take legal action against the makers of Jabardasth.[8][9]
The film's satellite and audio telecast rights were sold for ₹ 5.25 crores.[10][11]

Reception
Idlebrain.com's Jeevi gave a rating of 3/5 for the film.[13] Rediff wrote:"First half was fun but second half was dragged".[14]
