Education

The educational facilities at Carroll County are rather under developed compared to other districts in the region. With some of the lowest test scores in the state, few students have the opportunity to further their education past the high school level. Many students graduate and immediately begin work in factories, where often they work for the rest of their lives. Others have escaped this misfortune and have become quite successful. It has been studied that folks in this town lack any desire to improve their life. Only a select few areas in the country face this tragic problem. Many students from the school have joined a Facebook group called "Carrollton, KY Education System". The students that have joined this group have apparently not realized that anyone can edit Wikipedia articles, proving that they are truly ignorant. Fart.

Seeing as that Susan Burckle, Warren and Susan McEuen, Rebecca Woods and Janitor George are the only real brains inside Carroll County High School, it's safe to assume that they are among a minority of teachers with an actual educational sense about them. Everyone else, not so much. The only exception to this, of course, was an awesome teacher known as Katie Flanagan. The cafeteria ladies are also pretty smart.
