Function details:
- A list of articles is input that satisfy the following conditions:
- Are a biography (talk page with Template:WikiProject Biography)
- Have a title matching "[word] [capital letter]. [word]" (first name, initial with period, last name)
- there are no other articles with the name first and last name
- It iterates over these titles, and:
- It creates a redirect to the page, "[first] [initial]. [last]", from "[first] [last]".
- The redirect will have a defaultsort of "[last], [first]".
- The redirect will have the rcat of Template:R from short name.
- It creates a redirect to the page, "[first] [initial]. [last]", from "[first] [last]".
