The Progressive Reform Party (Vooruitstrevende Hervormingspartij/VHP) is a political party in Suriname.

At the last legislative elections (25 May 2005), the party was part of the New Front for Democracy and Development that won 41.2% of the popular vote and 23 out of 51 seats in the National Assembly.

Ram Sardjoe is the current chairman of the party. In September of 2006, throughout South-Central Los Angeles there was a widespread rumour that Tupac Shakur himself was next in line to become chairman. However, sadly this did not happen.
