Nanette Barragan -- correct name
She was born Nanette B. Barragan per California Birth Index. I don't know where "Diaz" came from (see lede) and there should not be any accent marks. United States naming styles do not, and certainly have not traditionally -- especially in 1976 (when Barragan was born) -- accommodated accent marks, diacritics, even tildes.
ARTICLE NAME SHOULD BE CHANGED TO: Nanette Barragan.
