  • Comment The article in its current form fails to assert any notability at all - it makes its subject seem no more important than a typical student. However, I can find some evidence that Fernandez has some form of academic reputation: see here. Yet it is still by no means clear that she passes the "professor test" for notability. I will leave more experienced editors to determine whether the Spanish-language academic journals she has written in are sufficiently noteworthy for her to be seen as a notable academic. Additional comment - see this talk page for proof that the author of the article knows the subject of the article personally. This means it is very close to being a vanity article... however, there is certainly evidence that Fernandez exists and may possibly be (though only just) notable. • Remove, I read over and over her CV, which is the only site that I found about her, and I don't think she is notable for a wikipedia article. To me, she just looks like any other professor that publishes papers and essays. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gadig (talkcontribs)
  • Delete User Eduardo (IgnatiusReilly) created the article, and claimed not to be a Vanity page because its now about himself, which of course shows his ignorance on the Wikipedia policies. She doesn't to be notable at all. She wrote no book, she worked as a teacher only 2 years, and wrote just a few essays. I usualy don't vote at the article I nominated, but since the creator of the article has voted, then I feel also entitled to do it. Mariano(t/c) 07:16, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
