Rich media NOT equal to interactive media
Rich media is a set of medias that are synchronized over timeline, rendering space (2D or 3D) and/or event (including user interactions). Interactivity is just one aspect of rich media.
Page Improvement
Interactive media is a broad subject but also important. The wiki for interactive media is very poor and needs improvement. The improvement can start by adding few sections. HarmonieNK (talk) 20:42, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
Definition
The definition of Interactive Media is not well elaborated. It is a very broad subject but after few researches, there could be a better and more in depth definition on Interactive Media. And also, it would be helpful to elaborate the background in Interactive Media for a better understanding of the concept. The terminology section of the page introduces the concept and a lot could be added to it with more references.

History and Development
A section about the history and development of the interactive media could be added. As interactive media has been going through many changes by the time it is useful to mention when did it start and who are the pioneers in this field. Also writing about the people who contributed in the revolution of interactive media industry should be considered. HaifaAlNasser (talk) 23:58, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
Are you going to set a timeline to show the progress of the interactive media or just talk in general about how it is growing. HarmonieNK (talk) 20:47, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
Actually I did provide some information about the time of each development contributed in the Interactive media. HaifaAlNasser (talk) 21:04, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
Types/Examples of Interactive Media
A section mentioning the various types of Interactive media that exist could be worth adding to this article. Also, examples of what or how such various instances of interactive media exists and in which form or application could be elaborated to get a more clear view of where and how interactive media is utilized. Pnityau (talk) 05:01, 10 November 2014 (UTC)
Instead of 'Types/Examples of Interactive Media' I though it will be better to separate the two: 'Types' and 'Examples', for the purpose of being concise as well as to avoid any confusion of concrete 'types' of Interactive Media with 'examples' of the same. Pnityau (talk) 09:16, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
Regarding the development and history section. I agree with you and I focused on the development section.HaifaAlNasser (talk) 20:47, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
Technologies
A section within with Wiki page that described the different technologies implemented in building an interactive system, one which would host media for users, would be a fine addition. This section would allow for a better understanding of how interactive media is developed today and what direction it is moving in in respect to modern technologies. With the addition of this section the page would become a more robust source for further knowledge into interactive media and how it is being used today. Perhaps a further elaboration on the different web technologies and how they have allowed for interactive media to advance more rapidly than even would also help increase a readers understanding of how interactive media is growing today. A more technical look into interactive medias development would supply for a more concrete form of understanding which would prove useful for the more technologically advanced reader.

Are you going in depth about a specific technologies or just in general. It would be great if you could select one technology then develop it in depth. HarmonieNK (talk) 20:45, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
Rich media
The article Rich media went through about 6 or 7 redirects, at each step gaining or losing information, to eventually being redirected to this page, where not a single word is said about it. The last redirect (in December 2013) claims that "it's still already covered at Interactive media", so perhaps that part has since been removed. There are a few scattered claims on this page and elsewhere that the two are not the same. If that is the case, we can't have the one redirected to the other without at least the very basest of mention as to why it belongs here, as perhaps a subset of interactive media. Could someone with knowledge on the subject please address this? Thanks, regards, Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 11:59, 25 August 2015 (UTC)
