Ludovico Tersigni (Rome, 8 August 1995) is an Italian actor, musician and television host.

Biography

Tersigni was born in Rome but has always lived in Nettuno[1] he graduated from the Chris Cappell College of Anzio. Since middle school, he has tried his hand at musicals.[2],then continuing to study in amateur theater companies and attending various theater courses.

In 2014 he made his cinema debut in the film Arance & martello directed by his uncle Diego Bianchi,[3] presented at the 71st Venice International Film Festival.[4] Two years later he starred in the role of Federico in L'estate addosso, directed by Gabriele Muccino, since 2015 he appears in the Italian series Tutto può succedere playing the character of Stefano Privitera.

In 2016 he was chosen to play Samuele, the protagonist of the film Slam - Tutto per una ragazza, presented at the Turin Film Festival[5] and then distributed in cinemas the following year. To play Samuele, Ludovico Tersigni has learned to skateboard, thus realizing in first person some of the tricks foreseen in the film.[6]

In 2018 he made his debut in the role of Giovanni Garau in the web series Skam Italia.[7] He is also the protagonist of the short film Aggrappati a me by Luca Arcidiacono.

In 2019 he starred in the series Oltre la soglia.

As of 2020, he is the male lead in the Italian Netflix production Summertime.

On 20 May 2021 he was announced as the new host of the music talent show X Factor, replacing Alessandro Cattelan.[8]
