Keep, having an upcoming IPO doesn't necessarily make a company is notable, they need to pass WP:NCORP which this does seem to. For instance, Regional Language Television in India: Profiles and Perspectives dedicates an entire page to it. The SAGE published journal article The Indian news media industry: Structural trends and journalistic implications makes somewhat extensive references to it and indicates that it was the parent company of Asianet Star Communications and Asianet News Network before its restructuring and breakup between three seperate parties, so a lot of older publications refer to it as simply "Asianet".
