Garantita is a popular Algerian food that is made from combining flour, oil, and water. This is a popular food that could be found

on the streets of Algeria and is usually eaten as a snack. [1] [2]

Ingredients

  • Chickpea Flour
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Spices

Preparation

The recipe is made by mixing the chickpea Flour, oil, spices, and oil together. It is then baked in an oven for some time. It is considered ready when a golden-brown color is formed on the top.[3]
