Adding new information and detail

Hello, For this article, I would like to greatly expand it in order to provide sufficient information that will push it past a stub-class article. WikiProject Cuba mentions that this article needs an infobox, which I will also add, as I have had experience in creating infoboxes. As for the organization of my research for the article, I will be emulating the headings on the Spanish version of the article, with some modifications. This includes a Context section, a section on the Operation's objectives, as well as a section on the effects of the initiative. Outside of the article itself, I am also going to create a disambiguation page for the term "Operation Miracle," as there are many instances of that term on Wikipedia, creating some confusion. Below are some of the sources I will use to gather this information, written in Chicago citation style. Thank you!
