- Drmies, my mistake for even thinking about returning. A veritable shitstorm of warnings and reports for trying to remove unacceptable content. Wikipedia, where no good deed goes unpunished. 2601:188:180:B8E0:0:0:0:7E59 (talk) 18:27, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry... Drmies (talk) 18:43, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
- Hey, it's just good to have someone who knows. Thanks, Drmies. 2601:188:180:B8E0:0:0:0:7E59 (talk) 19:17, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
- But really Drmies, how do you do it, and why do you stay? I come back for a day or two, and regret the interactions almost immediately. 2601:188:180:B8E0:0:0:0:7E59 (talk) 01:04, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
- Well, I'm not here as much as I used to, and much of what I do is "maintenance" work. I have noticed, though, that I don't often have the patience anymore to try three, four, five times. Fortunately my Uncle is still around, and he keeps me on my toes and amuses me. And of course you are not doing the same kinds of things that I do, from the same position--all that vandal fighting and anti-COI editing you do, it's always going to cause conflict. I appreciate you for doing it, of course. Drmies (talk) 01:09, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
- This is where I'd put a thumbs up emoji. 2601:188:180:B8E0:0:0:0:7E59 (talk) 01:10, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
