HubSpot

[edit]

What policy are you using for the mass deletions of content on HubSpot? Woz2 (talk) 00:56, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mass deletions? I think not. The bold improvements I made to "key people" involved limiting the article to notable individuals that were mentioned in 3rd party sources. The company info box, as I understand, is not meant to be a VP & above company directory. The other improvements I made involved removing Hubspot sourced original research and replacing them with verifiable and 3rd party sources. My intention is to improve the article. Your Opinion is More Important than You Think Barnstar
Thanks for pointing out the value of WP:3PARTY and accepting the limited validity of non-third party links. Woz2 (talk) 01:28, 29 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Midlakewinter. You may also be interested in the sandbox effort I recently posted on the Talk page after some collaboration with Woz2. It is a work-in-progress, and I would be interested in any feedback on my COI effort. User:King4057 (COI Disclosure on User Page) 06:36, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Midlakewinter, after reviewing King4057's sandbox draft and some minor editing I copy-pasted it over to main space and tld'd the Request edit. Even though I contributed most of the previous version, I have to admit the new one is much better. Comments welcome, of course. Woz2 (talk) 11:25, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Occidental Petroleum

[edit]

Hi Midlakewinter-- I noticed that you're a part of WikiProject Companies. I'm currently looking for feedback on draft revisions to two sections of the Occidental Petroleum article. The article talk page isn't very high-traffic, so I've run into trouble getting feedback from other editors. If you're interested in helping out, you can find my draft at User:CBuiltother/Occidental Petroleum Controversy, and feel free to leave any comments on the talk page. Thanks! --CBuiltother (talk) 17:55, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Appirio

[edit]
The Editor's Barnstar
For making Appirio more NPOV then what it was to begin with, possibly saving this article from deletion! Thank you! Phearson (talk) 21:55, 1 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
