OurBus in the news
Mar 24, 2021 - Rally and OurBus announced their merger creating the leading technology company for mass mobility in the United States. This could be the new dawn for the mass mobility segment.[12][13][14]
Nov 10, 2021 - It’s the only direct bus route with service between downtown Baltimore to Manhattan in addition to Wilmington/Newark, Del., to Manhattan. This ride is expected to make intercity travel affordable and comfortable for students and residents in the area. [15]
Mar 2, 2021 - With the sudden decrease in flights going out to Ithaca Tompkins International Airport, Cornell students faced massive troubles with their travel. Bradley Wang, 25, a Cornell student, who also lives in Los Angeles, California, said “Going back to [Los Angeles] for winter break from Ithaca was $600, and Syracuse was $300. The price difference isn’t worth it for the convenience of the Ithaca airport, especially when OurBus goes directly to the Syracuse airport multiple times a day for usually less than $50.” [16]
Mar 5, 2022 - An article published in Forbes magazine stated, "OurBus, a regional transportation company that specializes in intercity and charter bus trips, made an extraordinary decision when the COVID outbreak started. It did not change its no-questions-asked refund policy. Customers could receive all their money back up to 24 hours before the departure and full credit up to 30 minutes before the trip.[17]"
