Delete. I could not find any significant coverage of Pankin in independent reliable sources, whether in English, Spanish, or Russian. He thus fails the GNG, and no relevant SNGs (e.g. WP:CREATIVE) appear to be met. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 18:48, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
