Elisabeth R. Finch (sometimes credited as Elisabeth Finch) is an American television writer, best known for her work on the HBO vampire series True Blood.

Early career

Finch began her career by writing a short film entitled Looking for My Brother.[1] She was then hired as writer's assistants on True Blood. Her first writing credit for that show came with the tenth episode of that season.[2]

Leaving from Grey's Anatomy

In March 2022, it was reported that Finch had taken on a personal leave from Grey's Anatomy.[3][4]
