Date of death

The Art in America article linked to as a reference supporting the change of death date from 22 to 29 March is dated 29 March but gives date of death as 22 March. DeafMan (talk) 10:51, 31 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sometimes deaths don't get immediately reported, so editors go by the announcement date. Hopefully that's the case here, and the matter will eventually stabilize. Wyliepedia @ 16:24, 31 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The New York Times gives March 25, and it's probably authoritative. In any case his sister can be found here
