  - Yes, but the article (and the picture) make it clear that it's talking about a fictional character: "...in the anime...", "...many fans believe...", "...of chapter 254..." and so forth.         Whats the point in reading if one does not understand anything? Why would one sift through something that seems like garbage to find out what it might be talking about.
