Francis (voiced by Faith Abrahams) is a fictional character in the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairly OddParents, serving as Dimmsdale Elementary's resident school bully. He is 12 years old.
He beats up every boy in school on the last day of school every year. He also is highly skilled in the Martial arts and teaches them. This skill allows to even bully Timmy's dad in one episode. In The Big Superhero Wish, Francis became the Bull-E.
He goes to sleep with a plush unicorn. He has a business called Francis's Toilet of Tickets, in which he resides in the dirtiest toilet of the boys' bathroom, and is summoned when flushed. He's the only one of Timmy's main enemies (Vicky, Mr. Crocker, Norm, etc.) who Timmy has not defeated in a movie as a main enemy.
