Dr. Sandeep Kumar Pathak is an Indian politician, a former assistant professor of IIT Delhi, former research associate at University of Oxford & MIT, who is currently a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha from Punjab. He is also currently Aam Aadmi Party's Incharge in Gujarat & Co-incharge in Punjab[1]

Sandeep is credited with building the party’s organizational base in Punjab ahead of the 2022 Punjab Legislative Assembly elections, designing its outreach strategies, chalking out agendas and drafting campaign plans[2][3].

He was elected to the Rajya Sabha by the leaders of Punjab Legislative Assembly unopposed[4].
