  1. ^ Tottenham Hotspur player Harry Kane, who played for Leyton Orient early in his career, bought the club's shirt sponsorship for the 2021–22 season, his second season of doing this. Each of the team's shirts will feature a different message or charity chosen by Kane: Tommy Club (home shirt), Haven House Children's Hospice (away shirt), and Mind (third shirt).[4][5]
